ive been loving this series! read the book when it first came out... it is so entertaining and i can relate to alot of her story. billie piper is an awesome and down to earth actress. i hope they have many more seasons. her story needs to stay around for a while...hopefully until the world's oldest profession becomes legal... 

 

i have been stressed lately with moving to a new incall location (for business only). it will be right in the middle of raleigh and durham so i hope this works for everyone!

 

im ready for a getaway to NYC...want to shop in chinatown and see a broadway show, press my nose to the store windows like Ralphie and dream of all the stuff i want santa to bring me....eat some good food and ice skate and see the christmas lights!  oh and eat a whole bag of roasted chestnuts

 

i cant wait for christrmas,  i love it...oh the memories of being a little girl and playing Mary in the live nativity scene and goodie bags after the christmas play and searching for the north star...opening ONE present on christmas eve, watching "frosty the snowman" and "a charlie brown christmas".... i still get teary eyed when linus recites: "for unto you is born this day, in the city of david, a saviour...."

 

yesterday i was 9,  but today im 40+....where did the time go? i never gave it a second thought, or noticed that it was slowly tiptoeing away from me till my 19th year... i remember the moment and every infinite detail as if it happened last week... i was slow dancing at an "older crowd" club with a man in his 40's whom i considered "over the hill" then....when it slapped me in the face and said, "wake up, enjoy the last few moments as a teenager, because you will never be able to say you are 19 again."    theres something harsh and jolting about  the way 20 sounds after leaving your teen years behind....guess i better hold on to 40 as long as i can...change is coming 'round real soon and make us women ....wait a minute, that was sweet sixteen...
